I regularly see people helping others in need--from holding doors open or shoveling snow for neighbors to helping people stranded with car trouble.
Beautiful trails for running/biking We have great trails along the parkways and up in the hills around our community; makes it easy to be active.

“Pay HOA Assessment Now!” Remember, your HOA dues are an annual assessment, but you are able to pay monthly, quarterly or bi-annually, as long as you pay in advance. You will not receive monthly invoices, but quarterly statements are sent out with your HOA account’s current balance.

All homeowners are invited to attend!
