RANCHES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION : OCTOBER 2014

Have you met us? We are The Ranches Community Management, the company hired to manage your Association. If you haven’t had the chance to stop by or talk with us on the phone, please do — we’d like to get to know you!

7 th Annual Ranches Pumpkin Patch! Now Open! Don’t forget to come and get your Halloween and holiday pumpkins from our Community Pumpkin Patch! The location is 2847 Saddle Rock Road, just west of Pony Express Parkway. Look for the signs. There is lots of parking at the patch, and more pumpkins are brought in daily from their other fields.

Give to a wonderful charity! - Come pick your pumpkin and leave a donation for the “Perpetual Education Fund!”

Our job is to work with homeowners to help keep your HOA community safe and beautiful. Contrary to social networking belief, we are actually quite easy to work with. We understand that each homeowner has individual circumstances. Some of us actually live right here in the community. We love the Ranches HOA and our goal is helping it to be a better place to live.

FICTION?

“A Homeowner cannot run for a position on HOA Board if they’ve had any violations in the past two years.”

“Side drives do not need to be approved or have the planter area in between two side drives in certain subdivisions”.

FICTION – As long as they are in good standing at the time, a homeowner may run for a Board position.

FICTION – All areas in the Master HOA must have an HOA approval for side drives including the required vegetation.

Help keep storm drains clear with Bag the Leaf.

The success of the City’s leaf bag collection program depends on the cooperation of our residents. Without your contributions, the City would not be able to provide an efficient and cost effective leaf collection program. This is an opportunity for all of us to keep Eagle Mountain City clean, safe, and beautiful.

Homeowners, please limit the amount of street parking in your neighborhood. We receive numerous complaints regarding vehicles not moving, multiple cars being parked on the street that prohibit the flow of 2 way traffic, as well as safety concerns with children playing behind and between these parked vehicles. We encourage everyone to park in their driveways whenever possible, and to store un-used vehicles elsewhere. Remember: As per Eagle Mountain City - No Street parking during the winter months of November through March, during the hours of 4:00am to 4:00pm, so snow plows can get through!
