A strategy focused on internationalization by means of a wide range of machines, engineered turn-key solutions and services with a high-added value for most technologically advanced applications markets. Jobs, Rambaudi and Sachman are historical brands operating as single business units and in turn integrated in Jobs Automazione, a legal entity established in 1978. These brands are worldwide leaders in the production of high performance milling machines and machining centres and in particular in continuous 5-axis high-speed and high-torque machining technologies. Jobs is a worldwide leading manufacturer of high-performance medium-large size 5-axis continuous milling systems for high-speed and high-power applications. The keys to Jobs’ success are the mastery in sophisticated knowhow in the development of new products, the ability to integrate them into highly engineered production systems, the customer support through technological consultancy and after-sales services, with the aim of preserving the value of the investment over time. Jobs’ main customers include leading OEMs in the aeronautic and aerospace, automotive, design & prototyping, moulds & dies, general precision engineering, energy and composite machining sectors.

The Rambaudi brand focusses on the production of high-speed or high-chip removal machines and solutions specifically for the moulds & dies and general engineering industries. Thanks to the Sachman brand, Jobs has expanded and strengthened its presence on the international markets, especially in the moulds & dies and general engineering field, developing solutions particularly aimed at subcontractors. Working in the precision mechanics and in the mould and die field, Sigma is the reference brand for the production of technologically advanced vertical machining centres, thanks to its consolidated skills developed in more than sixty years of presence on the international markets in driving and strongly innovative industry fields.

Jobs, Rambaudi, Sachman and Sigma are members of FFG Europe, a holding conceived with the aim of bringing together the European technologically advanced machine tool manufacturers. FFG Europe holding is the result of a strategic partnership between Jobs and the Taiwanese group Fair Friend Group (FFG).

Relocation, updating and reinstallation of products and systems

The value of an investment in production systems and technologies develops and changes over time based on three keys elements:

AVAILABILITY

EFFICIENCY

WORTH CARE

In the past these elements had an unclear value, they were roughly measured and rarely resulted in corrective actions when necessary. In addition, mainly large Companies had bulky maintenance organisations which dealt with the “health” of installed systems. This scenario has radically changed now. In particular in the machine tool industry, investment assessments and the expectations of supplier support are a real decision-making criterion for end-users’ purchasing. For this reason Jobs has heavily invested in human resources, technologies and facilities to ensure the best services to its customers in order to guarantee that the value of its products is protected.
