New Hood And Lens Cover Combo Is Easily Installed And Matches The Contours Of The EOTech
Since we introduced our original patented EOTech Lens Covers for the 551 and 552, our customers have been asking us to develop models that would fit the EOTech 516, 517, SU-231/PEQ (553), 555, 556, and EOTech 557. In order to meet the many EOTech configurations, provide easy installation and keep the price point competitive, we decided to offer our super lens covers with a new enhanced 6061 T6 aluminum protective hood in a combo package. The New GG&G EOTech Hood And Lens Cover Combo Package is easy to install. You only have to remove the EOTech hood and install the new protective hood and lens cover combo. We even include the wrenches you will need. The new GG&G protective hood is Type III hard anodized matte black to mil-spec and matches the original EOTech finish. All of the windage and elevation calibration markings on the new hood are fully engraved and present an off white appearance to make it easier for the end user to reference. The lens covers in the New EOTech Hood And Lens Cover Combo Package provide the same great features as the originals. They are spring operated so that once pressure is applied to release them from the closed position, they spring open. The rear cover lays across the top, so as not to interfere with the field of view. The front cover opens and serves as a sun shield. However, if heavy brush etc. is encountered, the front lens will fold back so that it is not damaged. Because of the contours of the EOTech body, the lens covers are not 100% waterproof, but they do prevent most dust, debris, rain and snow from accumulating on the lenses. These unique lens covers can be easily operated with either hand to provide flexibility of operation. The new combo design and methodology is so unique a patent is pending. Accucam QD System And Lens Covers For The EOTech XPS Series Two Great New Products For The EOTech
As the popularity of the EOTech XPS has grown, a week doesn’t go by that we do not get inquiries about providing an Accucam QD System for it as well as a means to protect the lenses of this expensive optic. With all of the inquires coming in, we moved this project to the top of our development and field test list and are pleased to now offer these two accessories for the EOTech XPS Series Scopes to you. The new Accucam QD System For The EOTech XPS Series is a scaled down version of the Accucam QD System (NSN:1240-99-696-3341) we provide the civilian, law enforcement and military for the EOTech 551 and 552. The patented Accucam QD Mounting System is still the only QD Lever System available today that does not add height to the EOTech optic. That’s because this unique and innovative quick detach system retrofits directly to the body of the XPS. The Accucam QD Locking Lever System For The XPS replaces the EOTech socket head screw or thumbnut attachment method. No other modifications are required. The Accucam system installs in approximately ten minutes. The only tools required are a 7/64" allen wrench and a torx head wrench, which are both included in the kit. Weighing only two ounces, it is fully adjustable to fit Weaver and MIL-STD-1913 dovetails, even those that are worn or out of spec. Once installed on the EOTech the sight can be quickly installed on a dovetail rail in seconds by rotating the Accucam Cam Lever to the locked position. It can then be quickly removed by rotating the Accucam Cam Lever to the unlocked position. In tests, the EOTech Accucam Locking Lever System has shown to be repeatable to less than 1/2 MOA. The unique finger loop design is easily operated, even with a gloved hand and the rounded design is ergonomic and virtually snag-proof. The Lens Covers For The XPS fit between the EOTech hood and the body of the EOTech housing. Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight For Tactical Forearms
Newly Redesigned, Lighter Weight & Less Expensive
The Newly Redesigned GG&G Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight For Tactical Forearms is the latest evolution of this terrific accessory. Although specifically designed to provide the correct sight height when mounted on a tactical forearm, this sight can also be installed on gas blocks that are at the same height as the upper receiver. We have lightened it and in the process developed a less expensive method to CNC machine the components so that we could offer a better price to our customers. With just a push of a button the front sight can quickly be deployed on target. With the introduction of the Spring Actuated A2 BUIS (Back Up Iron Sight) it was only a natural progression to provide our customers with an A2 flip up front sight with the same features and benefits. The sight not only springs into an on target position with just the push of the actuator button, but it also locks solidly into the upright on target position. Another push of the button and the lock is released allowing you to set the sight into the locked down position. The spring sight cannot be folded down without depressing the actuator button located on the left side of the sight base. This totally eliminates the possibility of accidentally lowering the sight during a tactical situation. With the actuator button located on the left side it can be easily operated with the off hand, leaving the fire control hand in the proper position. This model is specifically manufactured to the proper sight height for mounting on a tactical forearm or it can be installed on gas blocks that are at the same height as the upper receiver. Not only is it set for use on the AR15, but will co-witness when mounted to the tactical forearm of an AR-10. The sight stem of this version folds rearward. The dovetail front is easily installed and we even include the allen wrench for you to use. To insure flexibility, we use standard military sight components in this combat ready sight. The GG&G Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight is manufactured from 6061 T-6 aluminum and is bead blasted and Type III hard coat anodized to provide a non-reflective, corrosion resistant matte black finish meeting mil-spec requirements. All edges have been dehorned for the operator's safety. As an option, a Trijicon Tritium AR-15 Front Sight Post can be ordered with the sight for accuracy in low light operations. The FLT Bolt On Model Provides A Rock Solid Optic Interface For Your Special Purpose Rifle
The Special Purpose Rifle (SPR) has gained in popularity with shooters in the civilian and law enforcement community. Our staff of technical advisors suggested that the scope most often used on the SPR is a 30mm low powered variable optic placed forward on the AR-15/M16 flattop receiver. To meet the specific optic mounting needs of the SPR shooters, we introduced the Accucam QD FLT mount in the first part of 2009. Many shooters advised us that they did not need a quick detach version and in fact preferred a system that bolted onto the weapon. To meet those requirements we developed our new FLT Bolt On Scope Mount With 30mm Integral Rings. The Bolt On FLT Mount uses a standard squeeze rail configuration with a side bar and two socket head cap screws. For comparative purposes the FLT Scope Mount places the scope forward 1.5 inches more than the GG&G AC-30 Scope Mount. The Bolt On FLT Mount is lightweight weighing in at only 5.5 ounces, and is 5 inches long. It is low profile allowing excellent cheek weld when mounted to the AR-15/M16 flattop upper receiver. The height from the centerline of the 30mm integral rings to the top of the dovetail mounting platform is 1.460 inches. The center to center dimension of the rings is 3.750 inches. The GG&G 500/590 Flashlight Mount kit includes a unique mounting bracket that securely attaches to the factory forend tube using the factory forearm retaining nut. The GG&G G2 Flashlight Mounting Ring provides an inexpensive yet rugged dovetail mounting interface manufactured specifically for the Surefire G2 and G3 tactical flashlights. The G2 and G3 flashlights have a main tube diameter between 1.015 and 1.030 inches. The GG&G One Inch Flashlight Mounting Ring is too small and a 30mm scope ring is too large, so GG&G decided to manufacture an inexpensive yet sturdy flashlight mounting ring specifically for the G2 and G3 flashlights. This ring will allow you to mount your flashlight directly to the dovetail on a weapons flashlight mount like the GG&G Offset Tactical Flashlight Mount. Since we introduced our original patented EOTech Lens Covers for the 551 and 552, our customers have been asking us to develop models that would fit the EOTech 516, 517, SU-231/PEQ (553), 555, 556, and EOTech 557. In order to meet the many EOTech configurations, provide easy installation and keep the price point competitive, we decided to offer our super lens covers with a new enhanced 6061 T6 aluminum protective hood in a combo package. The New GG&G EOTech Hood And Lens Cover Combo Package is easy to install. You only have to remove the EOTech hood and install the new protective hood and lens cover combo. We even include the wrenches you will need. The new GG&G protective hood is Type III hard anodized matte black to mil-spec and matches the original EOTech finish. All of the windage and elevation calibration markings on the new hood are fully engraved and present an off white appearance to make it easier for the end user to reference. The lens covers in the New EOTech Hood And Lens Cover Combo Package provide the same great features as the originals. They are spring operated so that once pressure is applied to release them from the closed position, they spring open. The rear cover lays across the top, so as not to interfere with the field of view. The front cover opens and serves as a sun shield. However, if heavy brush etc. is encountered, the front lens will fold back so that it is not damaged. Because of the contours of the EOTech body, the lens covers are not 100% waterproof, but they do prevent most dust, debris, rain and snow from accumulating on the lenses. These unique lens covers can be easily operated with either hand to provide flexibility of operation. The new combo design and methodology is so unique a patent is pending. Accucam QD System And Lens Covers For The EOTech XPS Series Two Great New Products For The EOTech
As the popularity of the EOTech XPS has grown, a week doesn’t go by that we do not get inquiries about providing an Accucam QD System for it as well as a means to protect the lenses of this expensive optic. With all of the inquires coming in, we moved this project to the top of our development and field test list and are pleased to now offer these two accessories for the EOTech XPS Series Scopes to you. The new Accucam QD System For The EOTech XPS Series is a scaled down version of the Accucam QD System (NSN:1240-99-696-3341) we provide the civilian, law enforcement and military for the EOTech 551 and 552. The patented Accucam QD Mounting System is still the only QD Lever System available today that does not add height to the EOTech optic. That’s because this unique and innovative quick detach system retrofits directly to the body of the XPS. The Accucam QD Locking Lever System For The XPS replaces the EOTech socket head screw or thumbnut attachment method. No other modifications are required. The Accucam system installs in approximately ten minutes. The only tools required are a 7/64" allen wrench and a torx head wrench, which are both included in the kit. Weighing only two ounces, it is fully adjustable to fit Weaver and MIL-STD-1913 dovetails, even those that are worn or out of spec. Once installed on the EOTech the sight can be quickly installed on a dovetail rail in seconds by rotating the Accucam Cam Lever to the locked position. It can then be quickly removed by rotating the Accucam Cam Lever to the unlocked position. In tests, the EOTech Accucam Locking Lever System has shown to be repeatable to less than 1/2 MOA. The unique finger loop design is easily operated, even with a gloved hand and the rounded design is ergonomic and virtually snag-proof. The Lens Covers For The XPS fit between the EOTech hood and the body of the EOTech housing. Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight For Tactical Forearms

The Newly Redesigned GG&G Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight For Tactical Forearms is the latest evolution of this terrific accessory. Although specifically designed to provide the correct sight height when mounted on a tactical forearm, this sight can also be installed on gas blocks that are at the same height as the upper receiver. We have lightened it and in the process developed a less expensive method to CNC machine the components so that we could offer a better price to our customers. With just a push of a button the front sight can quickly be deployed on target. With the introduction of the Spring Actuated A2 BUIS (Back Up Iron Sight) it was only a natural progression to provide our customers with an A2 flip up front sight with the same features and benefits. The sight not only springs into an on target position with just the push of the actuator button, but it also locks solidly into the upright on target position. Another push of the button and the lock is released allowing you to set the sight into the locked down position. The spring sight cannot be folded down without depressing the actuator button located on the left side of the sight base. This totally eliminates the possibility of accidentally lowering the sight during a tactical situation. With the actuator button located on the left side it can be easily operated with the off hand, leaving the fire control hand in the proper position. This model is specifically manufactured to the proper sight height for mounting on a tactical forearm or it can be installed on gas blocks that are at the same height as the upper receiver. Not only is it set for use on the AR15, but will co-witness when mounted to the tactical forearm of an AR-10. The sight stem of this version folds rearward. The dovetail front is easily installed and we even include the allen wrench for you to use. To insure flexibility, we use standard military sight components in this combat ready sight. The GG&G Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight is manufactured from 6061 T-6 aluminum and is bead blasted and Type III hard coat anodized to provide a non-reflective, corrosion resistant matte black finish meeting mil-spec requirements. The Special Purpose Rifle (SPR) has gained in popularity with shooters in the civilian and law enforcement community. Our staff of technical advisors suggested that the scope most often used on the SPR is a 30mm low powered variable optic placed forward on the AR-15/M16 flattop receiver. To meet the specific optic mounting needs of the SPR shooters, we introduced the Accucam QD FLT mount in the first part of 2009. Many shooters advised us that they did not need a quick detach version and in fact preferred a system that bolted onto the weapon. To meet those requirements we developed our new FLT Bolt On Scope Mount With 30mm Integral Rings. The Bolt On FLT Mount uses a standard squeeze rail configuration with a side bar and two socket head cap screws. For comparative purposes the FLT Scope Mount places the scope forward 1.5 inches more than the GG&G AC-30 Scope Mount. The Bolt On FLT Mount is lightweight weighing in at only 5.5 ounces, and is 5 inches long. It is low profile allowing excellent cheek weld when mounted to the AR-15/M16 flattop upper receiver. The height from the centerline of the 30mm integral rings to the top of the dovetail mounting platform is 1.460 inches. The center to center dimension of the rings is 3.750 inches.
