Your package includes the following: Hotel Wait Staff | Floor Length Linens, Overlays | Hotel China, Glassware and Flatware | Napkins in White or Ivory | Round Tables and Banquet Chairs DJ table | Staging for a Band | Dance Floor Additional Information: Kitchen Attendant Fees are $150 per attendant. Number of Kitchen Attendants Required will be decided by our Executive Chef. If opting to do a cash bar or an on consumption bar, a bartender fee of $150 per bartender/per hour will be applied to the bill if $400 in beverage sales is not met. One bartender will be scheduled per 100 people. The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia - Valley Forge staff must service your event. Please inform your caterer of the following: • Schedule an appointment with your hotel contact to tour the kitchen prep • Provide the hotel with Certificate of Liability in the amount of no less than $1,000,000.00 and Food Service License issued by the State of Pennsylvania • All food to be prepared in advance of arrival – only warming will be permitted • A minimum of three staff members to remain on property until the conclusion of all food service - The hotel will only provide what is available in inventory and will not purchase or rent additional items your caterer may need for their service
