INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS SOFTBALL - LOG OF 50 EVALUATION DAYS HEAD COACH OR RECRUITING COORDINATOR: NCAA Bylaw 13.02.7.2: An evaluation day is defined as one coach engaged in the
evaluation of ant prospective student-athlete on one day (12:01 a.m. to midnight). Two coaches making evaluations on the same day shall use two evaluation days. In softball, each institution is limited to 50 evaluation days, MEASURED AUGUST 1 THROUGH JULY 31ST each year per Bylaw 13.1.7.11. A coach's employment activities in instructional camps/clinics or the observation of prospective student-athletes participating in high school softball competition do not count toward the evaluation days limitation. THIS FORM IS DUE TO THE COMPLIANCE OFFICE BY AUGUST 8TH EACH YEAR. In the boxes below please list the 50 actual calendar dates such activities occurred and the LAST name of the coach who was performing the same.
