Environmentally friendly Flooring and woodwork contains reclaimed wood harvested from aged barns, mills, factories and warehouses. Several windows were salvaged from the Cadillac Stamping Plant in Detroit.

Eastern Market
Eastern Market has been Detroit’s most visited outdoor marketplace since arriving at its current location in 1891. Before refrigerators, the sheds at Eastern Market provided farmers and butchers alike platforms to distribute their products. Now the market attracts about 45,000 people each Saturday, making it the largest historic public market district in America. Ally invoked the spirit of Eastern Market in its fifteenth floor space by infusing the space with the color, texture, materials reminiscent of the market, including rustic, reclaimed wood, industrial steel elements and a three-dimensional logo made of green moss. This is balanced with vibrant rugs and furnishings to reference the many colors of the market
