我猜是因为你喝酒前什么都没吃，空腹喝酒容易醉。 wǒ cāi shì yīnwèi nǐ hējiǔ qián shénme dōu méi chī， kōngfù hējiǔ róngyì zuì。 I guess that it's because you didn't eat before drinking. If you drink on an empty stomach you're more likely to get drunk.
B:
还有跟我前一天睡太少也有关系吧。 háiyǒu gēn wǒ qiányītiān shuì tài shǎo yě yǒu guānxi ba。
