Introduction to GPS Units July 29th and August 2nd, 2005
CREEK CONNECTIONS Allegheny College
Teachers were introduced to the new GPS units available on loan for their class curriculum. After learning some basic steps in order to use a GPS unit, the teachers went on a Creek Connections geocache challenge. In addition, the teachers were given a refresher course on physical, biological and chemical stream sampling.
