Note

Status of Cleanliness

The property is a new build construction and has been cleaned to an excellent standard throughout, there are light signs of dust in places but generally everything is to a good order.

Maintainance Issues

There are no maintenance issues to report.

Flooring

Flooring throughout the property is in excellent condition generally.

Windows & Treatment

Windows: all cleaned and maintained to a good order; they wood, however, benefit from a clean externally in places.

Kitchen

Kitchen: all maintained to a good standard throughout. All items have been tested for power and are in working order, and taps tested for heat and water pressure and are also in working order.

Bathroom(s)

Both bathrooms maintained and cleaned to a good order throughout. We would point out, however, in the en suite bathroom there is moderate marking to the wall to the left-hand side as identified within the body of this report. All taps have been tested for water pressure and heat and are in working order, and all flushes also tested and are in working order.

Smoke Alarm

All fire alarms and heat alarms have been tested within the property at the time of inspection and we can confirm they are in working order.

Electric Appliances Tested

All electrical appliances have been fully tested and are in working order.

Fuse Box

Consumer units located in the cupboard on entrance to the left.

Appliance Manuals Present

There is a note left from the landlord welcoming the tenants, however there does not appear to be any appliance manuals present within the property.
