ENTRY FEE U
The entry fees are fixed at 100 Euro per fencer for the individual event to be paid to the organizers at the moment of registration (FIE Regulations).
ENROLMENT U
The Registration will be on the FIE web site www.fie.ch and entries will be accepted until 7 days before the competition. The national federations are requested to mail the attached form to the Qatar Fencing Federation. U

Anti-Doping Control will be done at the end of the tournament under the responsibility of the competition official physician in accordance with the FIE rules.
ENTRY VISA U
In order to obtain a visa, participants are requested to send by email the entry Form as well as a copy of their passports and one ID photo. The Organising Committee will take care of the necessary formalities before 05 December 2012 U

The Organising Committee will provide the transportation from airport to the hotel and to the competition area
