Presenter Bios Stuart Nash Stuart is the MP for Napier, and Labour spokesperson for Forestry, Energy, Land Information and Statistics. He has worked at senior management level in small and large organisations, and in both the private and public sectors. Stuart’s main political passion is coming up with innovative ideas that will deliver economic development at regional and national level.

Natalia Uran Natalia joined Opus Napier in January 2011. Since completing her MSc in Structural Engineering with Distinction from Cardiff University, Natalia was involved in the analysis, design and assessment of various highway structures in the UK. She is now involved with similar activities on state highway and local authority bridges in Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne.

Anu Ileperuma Anu is a recent Civil Engineering graduate from University of Auckland. She has been with the Hastings District Council for over a year, working mainly with the Transportation team. She has a keen interest in all things bridge related, from design through to maintenance. Anu hopes to develop her skills in both the design and construction aspects of roading infrastructure.
