Our work culture which enables, empowers with accountability and embraces different views and opinions has held us in good stead in continuously attracting talent and retaining them in the organisation. At John Keells we afford our employees a well-rounded experience, exposure to a wide range of businesses and opportunities to grow with the organisation and add value to the diverse stakeholders who we are associated with..” - S C Ratnayake, CEO, John Keells Holdings PLC
"We are delighted to see CTC in the list of ‘Best companies to work in Sri Lanka', reflecting the strength of the organisation's people processes and the spirit of a winning organisation. We believe that the conscious decision made in participating in the ‘Great Place to Work®' survey benefited the organization in two ways. Firstly, the survey results re- assured the iconic employer brand of CTC plc as a ‘Best place to work in SL' where the unique skills that each employee brings to the organisation are highly valued. Simultaneously the survey led us to take appropriate action to strengthen our people processes, making them more robust and user friendly in order to further enhance the concepts highlighted by the 'great place to work' survey process." - Samanmali Chandrasiri, HR Director, Ceylon tobacco Company PLC
“Strategy is great.. culture is imperative.. but People are everything! All our business strategies will be at risk if we don’t have the talent and skills we need” China Gorman, Global CEO, Great Place to Work®

“We've
always believed that a great place to work is as relevant in an economic downturn as it is when times are good. There's a common misconception that focusing on this area is a nice to have rather than a critical element of what makes a company successful. Our view is that a great workplace is a business imperative” Paul Rellis, Managing Director, Microsoft Ireland
