ISD 300 La Crescent – Hokah Public School Request for use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or Drone on School Property or Airspace This form must be completed in its entirety or it will not be processed, no request for more information will be made. If all information is complete and your request is approved you will receive a written acknowledgment which must be on your person when operating the UAV or Drone. Each operator must fill out a form and be approved before they can operate the UAV on school property. Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to intended operation.
