Together in Christian fellowship we will visit the sacred places, picturesque villages and behold majestic panoramic vistas of the Holy Land. Our itinerary is designed to feed the faith of all who go with us and to provide an unforgettable cultural, historical and spiritually fulfilling journey.
ITINERARY B-BREAKFAST, L-LUNCH, D-DINNER Day 1 Depart USA Day 2 Arrival Tel Aviv, Israel, Jaffa, Caesarea (D) Upon our morning arrival at Tel Aviv Airport our group will be met by our professional English-speaking tour manager and escorted to our private motor coach. We begin our journey with a short drive to the city of Jaffa. Our guide will share with us the history of the oldest port in the world and where Jonah set sail for Tarshish and said to have been “swallowed by a large fish”, we also visit Simon the Tanner’s house where Peter saw the vision that opened Christianity to the Gentiles. Next, we drive along the Mediterranean Sea to Caesarea, where Gentiles first heard the way of salvation from Peter, where the baptism of Gentiles began and where Paul spent 2-years in prison. We check-in to the hotel and gather for a “welcome to Israel” dinner. Overnight Netanya Day 3 Mt. Carmel, Nazareth, Cana (B, L, D) This morning we continue our journey to Mt. Carmel for a panoramic view of the Plain of Jezreel. Then, to Megiddo for the background to Ar-mageddon and the site where archaeologists have unearthed 20 levels of civilization! Continuing on to Nazareth where Jesus spent his early life; here we visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and Mary’s Well. We visit Nazareth Village to learn more about life in the first century including a traditional Bedouin lunch. We complete our day in Cana, commemorating Jesus' first miracle- the transformation of water into wine. Overnight Tiberias Day 4: Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes, Upper Galilee, Dan, Caesarea Philippi (B, D) We begin our unforgettable day with a morning wooden boat ride on the Sea of Galilee for picture taking, Scripture reading and devotional time which brings to life the

experiences of Jesus and the fishermen disciples. Next, we drive to Capernaum the town where Jesus lived during his Galilee ministry and the site where archaeologists believe to have uncovered the house of Peter (Mark 1 and 2). Those who wish may walk down the hill (45min.) to the lake and meet the group at Tabgha where Jesus multiplied the bread and fish and fed his disciples breakfast after his resurrection. We visit the chapel that commemorates where Jesus instructed Peter to “feed my sheep” (John 21: 15-17). Next, we drive to the Mount of Beatitudes beth sheaaff where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount, known as the greatest sermon in history. Then, we travel along an ancient trade route to Dan, here we stroll the beautiful nature walk along the Upper Jordan River. Continuing to Caesarea Philippi where Peter answered Jesus' question, "Who do you say that I am?" Overnight Tiberias
ancient city of Jerusalem. We descend the Palm Sunday Path to the grounds of the Church Dominus Flevit "The Lord weeps" (Luke 19). We walk the path to Gethsemane (Matthew 26) to visit the Church of All Nations where our Lord prayed before his trial and crucifixion, and visit the garden to gather for reflection. Next, we drive to Mt. Zion and the grounds of the church Peter in Gallicantu. Here we view the house where the High Priest Caiaphas interrogated Jesus. Continuing on to Bethlehem, here we will walk to the Church of the Nativity, descend the stairs to the grotto where we can reach through a hole in the floor and touch the stone below, known to be the place of Jesus’ birth. We stop at the Shepherds Field where the angels brought “good tidings of great joy” on the night our Savior was born and have time to recall and reflect on God’s love and mercy shown to us that “Holy Night”. Day 5: Beit She’an archeological site, Ein Harod, Jericho, Jordan River baptismal site (B, D) Today we visit the archeological excavation site of Beit She’an – the largest and most spectacular in all of Israel. We’ll walk the streets of the ruins of this ancient Roman and Byzantine city. Our journey continues through the Jezreel Valley west to Ein Harod (Judges 7), where Gideon brought the men to the spring. And then to Harod’s Valley with its fantastic view on Tel Jezreel, known to be the location where Jesus healed the ten lepers. Next, we visit Jericho, the world’s oldest city conquered by Joshua, where “the walls came tumbling down”. Completing our day at Qasr El Yehud, the site known to be the crossing of the Jordan River by the Israelites on their return from exile in Egypt and the location of the baptism of our Lord Jesus Christ by John the Baptist. Day 8 Via Dolorosa, Upper Room, Garden Tomb (B, D) Our final day begins with a visit to the Dung Gate, here we view the ruins near the south side of the Temple complex, which includes the steps where Jesus taught and He and his disciples walked. We walk to the Western Wall Judaism’s holiest site and the Dome of the Rock an Islamic Shrine located on the Temple Mount. Next, we visit the Church of Saint Anne located on the site which marks the location known to be the birthplace of the Virgin Mary. Located next to the church is the large excavation area of the Pools of Bethesda (ancient reservoirs and medicinal pools) and the location know to be the site of one of Jesus’ miracles. We continue our walk along the Via Dolorosa to the Holy Sepulcher. From here we walk through the Arab Souks, past the Armenian Quarter and exit the Old City through the Mt Zion Gate to visit the Upper Room and King David’s Tomb. Afterwards, we will drive to the Garden Tomb where we end our tour with a special visit and time for private worship. Overnight Jerusalem
Day 6: Masada, Ein Gedi, Qumran (B, D) Today we visit Masada; here we take the cable car to the top, visiting Herod’s desert fortress and the last stronghold of the Jewish revolt Against Rome (66-73 AD). Afterwards, we visit the beautiful nature reserve of Ein Gedi, rich in flora and fauna, and walk to a lovely waterfall. Next we drive to nearby Qumran, to visit the caves which contained the Dead Sea Scrolls discovered in 1947. Day 9 Dead Sea Scrolls, Jerusalem (B, D) Today we enjoy a leisurely morning before our visit to the Israel Museum and Shrine of the Book to view the Dead Sea Scrolls and the outdoor model of Jerusalem as the city may have looked in 66 AD. Afterwards, we have some time at leisure to enjoy the city on our own. This evening our group will meet for our farewell dinner to reflect on this spiritual journey. And then we transfer to the Tel Aviv airport for late night departure flight to the USA arriving in the morning of October 10. After following in the footsteps of Jesus we will never read our Bible quite the same way again!
