Location: Mendon Racquet & Pool Club, 80 Topspin Dr., Pittsford, NY 14534 (585) 624-2310, http://www.mendonracquetclub.com Surface: Hard courts Tournament Director: Lynn Buffamonti, [email protected] Entry Fee: $144.00 per team, checks payable to BNCTA Registration: Register by sending an email to Lynn Buffamonti at [email protected] before Tuesday, January 3, 2017. On January 7th, bring a check payable to: BNCTA. Scorecards will be available at the tournament desk. Game Day: All players are required to be on site ready for play 30 minutes prior to scheduled match time (if courts become available, matches may begin early). Format: Best of three sets, 10-point tie break in lieu of third set. ALL TIE BREAKS USE COMAN FORMAT: Coman format to be used at 6-6 in first two sets and for the 10-point 3rd set tiebreak. This format allows servers to continue to serve on the side they have been doing throughout the set. The Coman tiebreak will be also be used at Sectionals and National Invitational. Awards: Winning teams will receive eight Regional awards and advance to the USTA Eastern Section Championship, January 21-22 in White Plains.
