JAYSON WERTH
Nicknamed Werewolf, Jayson Werth has solidified himself as a dynamic member of the Nationals’ roster. Originally drafted to the Baltimore Orioles, this right handed, left fielder is known for being aggressive and integral part of the offensive lineup for the Nationals. Werth is a bit of a major league legacy as three members of his family have had extensive major leage careers as well.

CELEBRATING 10 YEARS of
1O Years of Tradition
The Washington Nationals 10th Anniversary celebration will feature 10-Year Tuesdays, bobbleheads depicting Great Moments in Nationals History, full-park theme night takeovers and much more. Additionally, jerseys worn by Nationals players and coaches will be adorned with commemorative patches, while the official game balls, bases and lineup cards used at Nationals Park will also feature the iconic 10-Year logo. One Tuesday a month over the course of the entire season, the Park will feature in-game activations, special guests, and/or pregame ceremonies focused on looking back at the past 10 years. On each of these six dates, we will also give away a commemorative keepsake to the first 10,000 fans to enter Nationals Park. These giveaway items will fit neatly inside the Commemorative Collectors Tin, which will be distributed to the first 25,000 fans on Opening Day. (Tin is the traditional gift for a 10th anniversary).
