Re-Green Elmwood is a long-term strategy that peels back pavement where possible and transforms street edges, rights of way, and parking lots into an interconnected network of water storage spaces. The set of proposed pilot project options kicks off this vision with smart UHWUR¿WVLQERWKSXEOLFDQGSULYDWHODQG WKDWDGGYDOXHWRUHWDLODQGFRPPHUFLDO GHYHORSPHQWVZKLOHOLPLWLQJÀRRGLQJ within the district and beyond.
