What resources are needed? • PDE leadership: • Focus of ED and SD efforts with EIC and STAC for 2 years • Specialist devoted to NEP full time • Contractor ($46,000 in 2016; $22,500 in 2017?)
• Partners commitments needed: • 8 CCMP workgroup meetings/year attended by EIC and STAC, in addition to regular EIC and STAC meetings (4 each / year)
• 10 expert workshops (including Summit) attended by EIC, STAC, and other agency experts (2-3 or more?) • FY16 Match for 2016 - $100-$150k per partner
