Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc Policies Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc has a nonrefundable policy. Members are required to pay the amount due as set forth by the club prior to the season. If a player relinquishes their roster spot at any time the amount that has been paid by the member is forfeited to the club and no amount can be refunded to the member. A member has until 10 working days after the date that payment is due set forth by the club without a penalty to pay the amount due, after such time the member will be charged a $50 .00 late fee and your player may be subject to club suspensions including canceling of a player pass with a reinstatement fee. If a discount code or coupon is eligible for the club but isn’t used at registration it cannot be used retroactively. If a player is removed from the roster by Jersey United Soccer Club for any reason, the payments that have been made by the member are forfeited and no refund, partial refund or credit will be awarded to the member. Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc’s membership fees, as outlined above do not include uniforms, which must be purchased separately from the club, using the club’s official retailer, or referee fees, team tournament application fees, or team head coach’s tournament expense fees which will be collected by a member of the Spartans Parent Organization (SPO) as needed by each team. I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions above and those set out by the Executive Committee of Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc, I understand that Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time and understand that I will be informed of any changes in a timely manner. I further understand that I may have my membership revoked at any time by the Executive Committee if I commit any act of gross misconduct or bring the name of the club into disrepute as determined by the Club President. I understand that the team must compete in three tournament type events (Region One only) and the coaches coaching fee is included within the fee above. Also included is the league and the State Cup fee as well as all carding fees, coach’s fees, facility fees, admin fees etc.

I understand that uniforms, referee fee, team tournament application fees and team head coach’s tournament expense fees are an additional cost and are not included in the fee above. I also agree to pay these additional costs and also agree to order the “Required Items” of uniform as stated on the Club’s GO Soccer store. Spartans Parent Organization (SPO) The SPO will be made up of dedicated parents that will support the Head Coach and the Club with the collecting of tournament application fees, Head Coaches tournament expenses, referee fees from the team parents. They will also support the Head Coach with tournament hotel organization as act as a liaison between the team and the club. To become a SPO please contact your Head Coach. I, the undersigned understand that additional tournaments (beyond the five included) will be billed at the cost of the application fee, the Head Coach’s Coaching fee (as determined by the Club President), and the Head Coach’s tournament expenses and will be divided by the number of players attending that event. If I am receiving financial aid from Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc I understand that I am required to donate 2 hours of my time for every $100 of aid I receive. If I fail to adhere to this I understand that I can have my aid revoked. If I miss a scheduled payment I understand I may have my aid revoked. Failure to adhere to Jersey United Soccer Club rules and regulations as listed under “Company Policies” on our website may result in suspension
