Parent Conduct Form Communication There must be:
No “Reply All” emails to the team, unless it is positive (helping with directions etc) No scheduling, or contact with the opposition from any parent Emails copying in the Directors of Coaching if an issue with the coach exists No using team distribution lists to solicit other clubs and/or programs
Practice There must be:
No interfering with the coaches practice No congregating close to the field of play No communication with the coach during the practice No approaching the coach after the practice unless it is pre arranged
Game Day There must be
No coaching from the sidelines. No negative comments shouted onto the field. Respect for the oppositions supporters, opposition players and officials The coach cannot be approached regarding the game for 24 hours If you have an issue, the Head Coach must be sent a email with concern (no phone call) If the issue is still not resolved a follow up email must be sent with Director of Coaching Dominic Rice CC in. A meeting may then be set up.
If one of the above is not adhere d to Jersey United Soccer Club has the right to suspend you from all club activities or remove you and/or your player from the club. Signature Name Printed
