January 15 2013 - $200.00 PLEASE NOTE WHEN PAYING IN INSTALLMENTS THERE IS A $5 FEE FOR EACH INSTALLMENT. YOU CAN AVOID THE $5 FEES BY PAYING YOUR BALANCE UP FRONT. THERE IS ALSO A $5 FEE FOR EVERY PLAYER IN THE CLUB WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE, EVERY PLAYER MUST REGISTER ONLINE.

Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc Policies Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc has a non refundable policy. Members are required to pay the amount due as set forth by the club prior to the season. If a player relinquishes their roster spot at any time the amount that has been paid by the member is forfeited to the club and no amount can be refunded to the member. A member has until 10 working days after the date that payment is due set forth by the club without a penalty to pay the amount due, after such time the member will be charged a 3% per day fee on the amount outstanding and your player may be subject to club suspensions. If a discount code or coupon is eligible for the club but isn’t used at registration it cannot be used retroactively. If a player is removed from the roster by Jersey United Soccer Club for any reason, the payments that have been made by the member are forfeited and no refund, partial refund or credit will be awarded to the member. Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc’s membership fees, as outlined above do not include referee fees, which will be collected at intervals throughout the season by a team representative, or uniforms, which must be purchased separately from the club. I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions above and those set out by the Executive Committee of Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc, I understand that Jersey United Soccer Club, Inc reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time and understand that I will be informed of any changes in a timely manner. I further understand that I may have my membership revoked at any time by the Executive Committee if I commit any act of gross misconduct or bring the name of the club into disrepute as determined by the Club President. I understand that the team is entitled to four tournament events within the fee above. I understand that uniforms and referee fees are an additional cost and are not included in the fee above. I also agree to pay these additional costs and also agree to order the “Required Items” of uniform as stated on the Club’s Eurosport store. I, the undersigned understand that additional tournaments within Region One will be billed at $1,750.00 per team divided by the number of players attending that event. The $1,750.00 covers the application fee, the coaching fee and the coach’s expenses. The price of any tournaments attended that are located outside of the Region One area will be determined by the Club President. All additional events are optional for all players.
