Job  Vacancy:  HR  Officer       Requirements:  

HR  officer  will  work  with  main  HR  functions:  personnel  data  management,   recruitment  &  C&B.       More  specifically,  responsibilities  will  include:   Personnel  data  management

Keep  track  of  all  soft  and  hard  personnel  files  of  staff   Manage  personnel  record  and  make  sure  it  is  updated  all  the  time   Update  organization  chart  every  month   Manage  labor  contracts  and  all  related  documents   Take  necessary  actions  regarding  promotion/demotion,  rotation,     termination….   ·∙ Manage  all  other  personnel  changes  of  staff     Recruitment

Receiving  recruitment  request  and  plan  for  recruitment   Maintain  the  relationship  with  recruitment  agencies  and  other  partners     Implement  recruitment  procedure  (including  posting  ad,  do  screening,   assist  in  testing/  interview…)  in  and  out  of  the  system.   ·∙ Assist  in  doing  probation  reviewing,  training  review,  monthly  and  annual   review  as  required   ·∙ Ensure  candidate  pool  is  updated  all  the  time   ·∙ Take  care  of  recruitment  sites   ·∙ Support  other  departments  during  recruitment  process     Compensation  &  Benefits

Be  responsible  for  all  obligated  insurance  tasks   Provide  inputs  for  salary  calculation  in  and  out  of  the  system   Support  HR  &  Office  Manager  with  other  C&B  tasks     Others

Maintain  good  relationship  with  governmental  labor  bodies  and  insurance   companies.     Support  HR  &  Office  Manager  with  responding  to  staff’s  questions   regarding  HR  issues   Support  administrative  tasks,  training  activities  as  required   Support  HR  &  Office  Manager  with  other  tasks

Gender:  Female/male  above  22  years.   Education:  Bachelor  degree  (prefer  HR  Management,  Business  Administration,   English  or  Economics)  

  Experience:  1-­‐2  years  of  experience  in  HR  specialize  in  recruitment  and/or  C&B,   C&B  in  a  medium  or  large  sized  international  organisation  is  preferable.     Languages:  Good  proficiency  in  English  both  written  and  orally.  Fluent  in   Vietnamese.   Computers:  Microsoft  office,  Internet,  Email,  HR  software  (ERP  system   experience  is  preferable)     Competencies:   ·∙ Excellent  communication  and  interpersonal  skill   ·∙ Care  of  details  and  be  organized/  structured   ·∙ Can  work  in  team  and  work  independently   ·∙ Creative  and  flexible   ·∙ Responsible  and  honest
