JOB VACANCY FINANCE ANALYST Full Time 37 hours per week Location : The Civic Centre, St Mary’s Road, Swanley Salary: STC Grade F (SCP 24 – 27) £21,628 – £23,749
Swanley Town Council is looking for a Finance Analyst to support the Corporate Director in administering the Council’s financial affairs in accordance with the Local Government Act and Audit Regulations and Swanley Town Council standing orders. We are looking for individuals to meet the following criteria:
Minimum five years accounts experience Book keeping or accountancy qualification Be able to prioritise and manage workload Be able to work accurately and to deadlines Experience of working with purchase and sales ledgers Experience of VAT, Payroll and PAYE accounting Experience of working in an office environment Excellent use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, IT literate and able to use internet Experience of preparing year end accounting Experience of risk management and managing risk Experience of writing business reports Ability to work effectively without supervision
