Tournament Information Our tournament format is round-robin pool play with every team guaranteed 3 games. Games will typically occur from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday and Friday and 9am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Although we try to avoid it, scheduling and weather may require that a team play three games in one day. We try to place multiple teams from the same town, and also teams from neighboring towns, in separate brackets to allow teams to see new competition. Bracket placement is at our discretion.
The Booth Field complex consists of three fields and two batting cages available for use between games. Our concession stand will be open one half hour before the first game of the day/evening. Booth Field is located at 40 South Street, Foxboro, Massachusetts.
Team Roster You must submit an official roster signed by the team manager. This will be submitted to the Tournament Director prior to a team’s first game. Birth certificate copies and proof of insurance may be required. Rules Tournament rules will be available for download on our website and provided to each coach prior to the start of the tournament Concessions Concessions available and no outside coolers will be allowed except in a dugout for team drinks.
Instructions Registration fees and entry forms must be completed in order to hold your slot in the tournament. Tournament registration is on a first come-first served / paid basis! There will be no refunds, unless you are put on the waitlist. All teams that are put on the waiting list and do not get a slot will receive their money back. NOTE: FYBSA reserves the right to refuse/deny any team from entering our tournaments due to past or present issues surrounding questionable sportsmanship or disruptive behavior. If you can not make it to a game due to scheduling conflicts FYBSA reserves the right to replace your team with someone from the waiting list. NO Refund will be given if you can not make it to your scheduled game.
