Opening & Minutes Approval June minutes not presented Guest – Allison Carpenter (FCA) Allison is from Northwestern University and made a presentation to the board Financial DND Results – Chad Budgeted for $12k profit and we are on track for $15k presently. Waiting for final invoices from vendors MN Stars – Current fee of $700 has been in place since 2014 Registration fee will be raised to $750/player effective 8/1/2016. The $50 additional amount will be reserved for field improvements and upgrades to facilities Spring/Summer Teams for 2017 An idea is raised to schedule each community team to play @ EHS Varsity field once per season Sandy Setter is on board with this idea and approves 12U Select Tryouts Monday 7/11 @ EHS Team will be selected on or after 7/19 Players/Coaches will not be notified until the week of August 8th after the completion of all summer tournaments plus one full week

Board Positions – Eric Everyone to consider new positions on the board as we begin to wrap up the 2016 season Many changes will occur as a group of 12U board members will move on Recruitment of new members and movement of existing members 8U Open House (mini-Clinic) – Melissa N Melissa N to host an open house at Cedar Fields on Monday 7/11 following In-House K/1 games Run easy drills, answer questions, encourage IH girls to try 8U teams this fall Fall Ball Registration update provided NAFA Parade plans discussed 10A team to assist as in past few years EHS Varsity Football stadium is the new location We will sell concessions using the EHS stand Note: EHS/Sandy Setter was very impressed by the photos and the stadium cleanup following the event. We are welcome to use the facility again if we would like. NAFA Updates – Bryan All details for the tourney covered by Bryan
