Concerned Personnel The World Forum Foundation Subject Reference of Ms. Manjusree Mitra for Master Leader in Early Care and Education Program. Dear Concerned Personnel It’s my pleasure to give reference of Ms. Manjusree Mitra for the Master Leader in Early Care and Education program. I know Ms. Mitra since 2007. I was her direct supervisor in Save the Children USA. In carrying out my role as the Program Manager – Education, she, as a Deputy Program Manager, provided technical lead of the Early Childhood Development component of the education program. I’ve found her very much passionate about Early Childhood Development program. She is very keen to learn about the issues and practices around ECD, which, among others, was demonstrated through her active engagement in the global leadership program on ECD. I have also provided her reference for the current job that she is doing and from her current supervisor I am very much aware that she has been continuing a very much dedicated and passionate contributions in the organization’s education program. It does seem to me that the Master Leader program would add immense value to her already manifested leadership qualities in Early Care and Education related programming. It would also benefit the country as we do need more leaders in ECE to deal numerous challenges we face in ensuring equitable access to quality early care and education for all children. I do hope that you would give a serious consideration to her application. I am ready to provide any further information that you might need. I must mention that UCEP Bangladesh is a registered not-for-profit organization helping to learns skills to earn through its second-chance education program, technical and vocational education and training, jobplacement and advocacy programs. Yearly UCEP provide its services to more than 55,000 children/youth through its 63 schools/training centers situated in all the 7 divisional cities and in other cities of Bangladesh.
