Minutes The June meeting minutes were distributed for review and approval. Motion: Brian Lutes moved the Board to approve the meeting minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Ron Fee and approved by voice vote. Financials  Andy was absent, reviewed the financials, Sue Anderson approved over email, Brian Lutes second, all approved Competitive Report  All eligible teams but U14 boys playing in playoffs  None of our C2 teams will be relegated  U13 and U14 boys will be promoted – 2nd in league  Need to move goals from 09 to 05 Thurs or Fri  Tryouts July 27-29th schedule is posted, coaches arranged just need to finalize when we know numbers o Board members to volunteer, 1-2:30 will be lunch break Rec Report  Nothing to update Indoor Facility Update  Still in discussion, not a completely dead project at this time Playoff Hosting  Check ins start Thursday night 6-8pm, Fri 6-8pm, Sat 7am (1st game is at 8)  Registration table  Field Marshalls  Garbage cans to fields: 05, 07, 08, 15 – tents also o Need to get out Friday night Page| 1 MSC Board Meeting Approved Minutes
