MESSAGE FROM ADMINISTRATION
Dear Cottle Parents: Congratulations to the Cottle Band and String Orchestra! Last night's concert was wonderful. Thank you Mr. Grasso and Ms. Shentov for all your hard work with the children. We are looking forward to the Spring Cottle Chorus concert on Thursday, May 18th at 7PM in the Cottle Auditorium. In anticipation of their annual trip to historic Philadelphia, the fifth grade students at Cottle School were treated to a program by "Ben Franklin". Dr. Franklin was on hand to speak to the children about his valuable role during the American Revolution and his many contributions to the city of "Brotherly Love". This wonderful program was provided by the PTA of Tuckahoe. Thank you PTA! We are excited that the Cottle Chorus will sing at Citifield on May 25th at 7PM. Cottle Chorus students who are singing at Citifield are reminded that the deadline to bring in $8 for the chorus t-shirts is today, Friday, May 5th. Again, please remember that due to the school closures for snow, school will be in session on Friday, May 26. Lastly, the Buy One Get One Scholastic Book Fair will be held on May 30 through June 2nd in the Cottle Library. Please see below for the class schedule.
Sincerely, Mr. George Albano, Principal Mr. Peter Kilgallen, Assistant Principal
