CRAZY CASTLES!
I spent three days in the Loire Valley, France, visiting fascinating castles and their gardens – from the grandest and prettiest garden bursting with colour (Villandry, right) to Chenonceau, an enormous palace built on water (above)! I was also blown away by an exhibition on Leonardo da Vinci’s ingenious inventions and paintings. It was in the house he lived in before he died. It was an unforgettable experience! Axelle Groothaert, 12 l Sounds like you had a great few days on your time travels, Axelle!

Hi NG KiDS! This is my pet chicken called Blondie. She is called this because she has blonde feathers. She is three years old and has her own big personality. She likes to go on the swing and jump with us on the trampoline. She's completely tame. She’s not a regular pet but we like playing with her. Ibtisam Minaoui, 12 l She seems like one cool chick, Ibtisam!
