Kabel Deutschland wanted to save time and money by automating the production of advertising materials for its national sales organization. The company also wanted to provide unique user experiences for its two sales teams, one that supports major retail customers and a door-to-door (D2D) team responsible for private clients. Solution

And with iBrams, Kabel Deutschland was able to create distinct user interfaces based on the needs of its two sales teams. Each interface offers advertising templates designed for the team’s target customers and campaigns, and each enables salespeople to customize the templates with contact information, photos, and graphics. The D2D interface also includes a function that ensures uploaded images are checked for compliance with corporate identity guidelines. Another function controls costs by monitoring print volumes per employee. If a provisioned print volume is exceeded, printing will be put on hold until authorized by a responsible party. And to simplify the printing process and take advantage of volume print pricing, iBrams automatically collects all print jobs and transfers them to a print shop once a week.
