Kamilla Seidler is an internationally known chef who has been breaking boundaries and raising awareness on the importance of sustainability and social responsability in the restaurant industry. The Danish born chef has been running restaurant Gustu in Bolivia's capital La Paz for years working solely with local ingredients and teaching local youths in the adjoining cooking school. Seidler was recently named The Best Female Chef in Latin America 2016/2017 and has since been touring the world cooking and lecturing on Bolivian cuisine and the many possibilities in using local ingredients. Seidler now arrives in Helsinki where she and her team will be hosted by restaurant Pastor. An exclusive 8 course menu will be served on two nights only which will feature dishes from Seidler as well as Pastor's head chef Robert Von Bell. Reservations:
