INTRODUCTION Replacing the Puncture Needle is similar to the Handle Replacement, but requires a couple extra steps outlined below.

TOOLS: T15 Torx Screwdriver (1) Phillips #1 Screwdriver (1)

Step 1 — Handle 

Lift the handle

Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Torx T15 screws on both sides of the handle.

Remove the broken handle and replace with the new one

Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws.



Remove the plastic ring around the K-Cup Pack Holder

Remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws on the underside of the lid.

Step 6



Detach the lid from the Keurig.

Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws on the top of the puncture needle.

Squeeze and pull on the hose to remove it from the Puncture Needle



Puncture needle should now be exposed

Remove the Puncture Needle Assembly from Keurig
