2017 Agent Bonus Program Rules Qualification Period

September 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017 (In CO, KS and TN, October 1, 2017 – January 1, 2018)

Qualification Requirements

Everest, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or change this promotion at any time.



*Subject to:



1. A  minimum of five (5) submitted and issued (initial premium must be paid) applications between the Qualification Period dates and in force past the 30-day right to review period;



2. At least two (2) applications must be E-APP; and



3. M  ore than 95% of all inforce policies, regardless of plan, must be associated with applicants age 65 and over.



**Subject to:



1. A minimum of twenty (20) submitted and issued (initial premium must be paid) applications between the Qualification Period dates and in force past the 30-day right to review period; and,



2. M  ore than 95% of all inforce policies, regardless of plan, must be associated with applicants age 65 and over.

Controlled business (immediate family members, plan changes or internal replacements) does not qualify for this program. This bonus payment will not be made on Guaranteed Issue applications or applications on those Under age 65, unless specifically noted in writing. Everest reserves the right to determine if any application submitted outside of the program dates qualifies. Bonus payments will be made within 30 days after the conclusion of the program period. Agents must be in good standing with Everest at the time of payout. Everest is solely responsible for Direct Pay Agents and will bear all the costs associated with this Reward Program. Everest has no obligation to pay Licensed Only Agents any of the costs or awards for any qualifying participant related to this Reward Program.
