Preparation Traditional Au Jus: 1. Stir package into 6 gallons hot water until dissolved. Bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. -- Concentrated Au Jus: For a richer and more concentrated Au Jus, stir package into 3 gallons hot water. Bring to a boil. No simmering required.
