Call to Order – 7:02 p.m. by Kevin Allen Approval of Minutes from September 2015 meeting 

Sport VPs Reports Baseball/Select Baseball:   

Regular season over – great season! 1st week of Dec. select tryouts 2nd week of Dec. Elite tryouts

Basketball and Select Basketball:     

855 Kids in program 106 Teams Draft was Saturday, it went well! Jan. 9th – Season opener Jason Lewis made a motion to vote for 2016 coaches and Brian Young seconded that motion. Motion was approved.

Softball and Select Softball:    

Completed play-offs Nov. 10th 44 teams 480 girls KYA Softball plans to host select and rec. level tournament coming spring 2016

Football: 

Garvin Fouts stated football had a great season!
