Entries close: 17 October or when classes are full. Entry fees: Entry fees plus $5 admin fee plus $5 ground fee. Late entry fee $20. Bank account: 03-0449-0110066-00 , rider name and class. Fees are due to be paid on entry, in full. Unpaid entries will not be entered into event.
EVENT CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION: 1. All riders to supply a jump judge. This is a condition of entry, and entry will not be accepted without a Jump judge. Please enter in the Volunteers section. If you cannot provide a jump judge you can pay $40 and a jump judge will be provided. 2. Event is run under Eventing NZ rules, see Annex 5 for Pony Club rules. Please see NZPCA section for gear check rules http://www.nzequestrian.org.nz 3. Once a class is full or you are a late entry, you may be waitlisted until scratching occurs. 4. Refunds – 80% of entry fee up to 5pm 17 October 2016. Refunds requested after 5pm 17 October 2016 must be accompanied by a vet/doctor certificate and scratching must be done before rider starts dressage. 5. In case event cancellation due to weather, refunds less $5 admin fee will be made. 6. The organising committee reserve the right to alter conditions, schedule and timetable. Classes may be split and all times will be approximate. 7. Riders (Parent/Guardian) by submitting an entry means you will abide by the conditions of entry. 8. Any rider who has suffered a concussion 3 weeks prior to this event may not compete without medical evidence. 9. All Helmets (PAS105,BSEN1384, AS/NZA3838, ASTM F116) are to be presented for collection of back numbers. 10. Safety approved helmets must be worn when mounted. Compulsory back protectors for XC phase. Compulsory medical armbands for XC and SJ phases. 11. Protests must be submitted to the event secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the incident and accompanied by $30 which will be returned if protest upheld. 12. Limited camping at grounds – FIFS. 13. Please remove all manure and hay. 14. NO DOGS –no exceptions …will result in rider elimination. 15. Grounds closed for XC schooling from 10 October 2016.
