BASKETBALL PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING This program is designed to prepare Lady Pirate Basketball players for the upcoming 2013-2014 season. It will be a physically intensive skill, strength, and conditioning workout including injury prevention exercises, designed to increase athletic performance in the areas of speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness.
