Welcome Being a professional photographer in a large family like mine means I take a lot of photos, especially of my 3 nieces and 5 nephews. Watching them grow up has been a great joy and I’m thankful that I’ve had the privilege of photographing them year after year. Time passes by so quickly and before you know it the little kids they once were are all grown up. Memories fade, and all the things we take for granted in our daily lives are gone forever. Getting the Most From Your Portrait Session Dress Your Best We photograph in color but many images look great in b&w as well. To look your best in either color or b&w, choose simple tones that harmonize. Avoid stripes and logos or anything you might look back in 10 years and say, “What was I thinking?” A change of clothing is highly recommended for babies. Well-Rested Babies are Happy Babies If you have young children, try to plan the portrait session around their nap and meal schedule. For infants and very young children, bring along familiar toys or blankets that your child can engage with.
