LAKOTA WEST ATHLETIC SPORTS PASS 2014-2015 Family passes are specific to each high school. Family passes will be honored at any HOME junior high, freshman, or high school athletic event. West family passes will be honored for HOME events for West Freshman, Plains Jr. and Ridge Jr. East passes will be honored for East Freshman, Hopewell Jr. & Liberty Jr. NO CROSSOVERS ARE PERMITTED. Passes are not honored at any away contests, GMC Tournaments or OHSAA sponsored Tournaments. Family passes are nontransferable. Id’s will be required to be shown when using your pass. A replacement cost of $1.00 will be assessed for passes lost or mutilated. Family passes are for immediate family members only. For upgrades, take your West pass to Lakota East, pay the additional fee and receive an East All Sports Pass. Below is a registration form to purchase a pass.
