LAKOTA WEST ATHLETIC SPORTS PASS 2016-2017 Family passes are specific to each high school. Family passes will be honored at any HOME junior high, freshman, or high school. West passes will be honored for home events at West Freshman, Ridge Jr. & Plains Jr. East family passes will be honored for HOME events at East Freshman, Liberty Jr. and Hopewell Jr. NO CROSSOVERS ARE PERMITTED. Passes are not honored at any away contests, GMC Tournaments or OHSAA sponsored Tournaments. Family passes are nontransferable. ID’s will be required to be shown when using your pass. A replacement cost of $10.00 will be assessed for passes lost or mutilated. Family passes are for immediate family members only, i.e. family members living in the same household. Picture ID’s will be required when presenting sports pass at ticket gate.

ANY USE OF THIS PASS TO DECEIVE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES CAN RESULT IN THE PASS BEING VOIDED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.
