CAMP PHILOSOPHY This camp emphasizes fun, sportsmanship and the fundamentals of soccer. All campers will receive instruction on Offensive & Defensive skills, footwork, striking the ball, team concepts, and higher level technical & tactical training.

MEETING CAMP OBJECTIVES Instructional coaching from current players, alumni, and coaching staff, in a fun and competitive environment at Lakota West Soccer Field. Campers are grouped according to grade level. Requests for “Buddy Groups” are honored, when possible.

INSURANCE Each camper must have her own medical insurance. Lakota and/or any camp staff member shall assume NO responsibility for injuries incurred while at this camp. In signing this application, parents or guardians are assuming any medical insurance risks.
REFUNDS Refunds will only be granted through May 27, 2016 in the case of injury or medical conditions. All such refund requests will require a statement from your physicians and require a $30 processing and equipment fee. These campers will still get a Camp T-shirt.
CHECK IN TIME Please arrive at LWHS 20 minutes prior to your session on Monday, June 20, 2016.
