This Invitation for Prequalification follows the General Procurement Notice for the financial year 2016-17 which appeared in Tanzania Procurement Journal Issue no. 1821 - 6021 Vol. IX - No. 33 dated 16th August, 2016.
2.
The LAPF Pensions Fund has set aside funds during the financial year 2016/2017. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this prequalification is issued. LAPF Pensions Fund hereby invites interested firms for the supply of goods, service providers and minor works contractors to submit their company profiles for the following:-

Interested eligible firms may obtain further information from the Procurement Management Unit's office, LAPF House Building, 3rd Floor, room No. 3-30, Makole road, P.O. Box 1501 Dodoma, from 0800 to 1600 hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.

Interested firms should send their company profiles which must include registration status, business licenses, copy of TIN and VAT registrations, past experience (including name and contacts), Financial statements and physical address of the firm. The company profiles must be prepared and submitted in ONE Original document in a plain and sealed envelope clearly marked "PREQUALIFICATION FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2016- 2017"indicatingTender Number and Name for easy rdentification. The envelopes must be delivered to:Tender Board Secretary, 3rd Floor, room No. 3-30, LAPF Office Building, Makole road, P.O. Box 1501, Dodoma.
