The CFA Leadership Program gives you the skills needed to be an effective leader in secured finance. Not only will you learn from CFA industry leaders, you will also develop a range of core leadership skills by engaging in group exercises and discussions. This is a practical program, designed to empower you with an action plan that will enable your further success and ascension in your career. Who should attend? The program is intended for professionals in the secured lending industry who have reached a high-level of competence in their work, but now want to develop leadership skills that will help them to have a greater impact on their work with others. Typically we expect the participant to have 7-15 years of experience in the industry, although there may be exceptional applicants who would also benefit.
