College degree or related experience and/or training required Minimum 2 years industry/business/association experience required Enthusiasm, energy and love of the game Customer service skills and ability to work with volunteers and manage difficult situations Strong organizational and administrative skills required Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time and priority management skills Ability to multi-task Tennis knowledge, knowledge of USTA league rules, NTRP ratings Computer skills in Microsoft
