Senior Manager, Youth Programs: To promote, develop and support all aspects of junior tennis. Responsible for developing, implementing and administering programs that serve junior players, both recreational and competitive. Assist the Associate Executive Director, Community Tennis in leading the section in its efforts to increase USTA/MAS youth membership, attract new players to the game, retain existing players and increase the visibility of the game on the junior level. Requirements:
College degree required Minimum 3 years industry/business/association experience required Minimum 2 years experience supervising staff Enthusiasm, energy and love of the game Strong organizational, financial and administrative skills required Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time and priority management skills Knowledge of USTA/MAS programs and services is preferred Strong knowledge and/or experience in tennis is preferred Computer skills in Microsoft
