Ask a parent, grandparent, teacher or other grown-up you love to tell you a story about when they were growing up. Tell them; “I’d like to hear a story about a time when you learned something really important that can help others if they hear it too.” For example, they can tell a story about when they learned about hard work, telling the truth, or being brave. When we hear stories about people we love, we usually remember those stories! After your special grown-up tells you the story, tell us who it’s about, draw a picture of it, and tell us the big lesson your special grown-up learned. The lesson is part of their legacy!
