Lekita Barnes Resource Management Analyst, Grants Management Branch, Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet Kita Barnes is with the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet’s Grants Management Branch as a Resource Management Analyst II for the past seven and half years. Prior to this she had her own business. She also trains and consults on grant development and management, and volunteers her time as co-treasure of the Emma Durham Foundation, Inc. Ms. Barnes resides in Shelbyville, Kentucky, with her husband and 4 daughters and 2 new grandsons.
