Aaron Jenkins NASM Certified Group Suspension Training Certified Aaron is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He believes that training should be about proper from, correcting muscle imbalances caused by daily postural habits, and balance training to properly stabilize the body to progress towards specific goals. Aaron takes care to identify the different needs and goals of each of his clients and tailors each client’s program specific to these needs while providing meaningful data correlating with their success. In addition to his personal training, Aaron is also an NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Certified TRX Suspension Training Instructor. He is currently finishing up a degree in Health Sciences at the University of Little Rock and is passionate about serving others.
