Buy new gear • Investing in new equipment, shoes or other workout gear can give you a little extra motivation.

Prepare For Success • Schedule time to exercise just like any other appointment on your daily agenda. • Making a commitment to attend the gym can help keep you on track. The night before, gather your workout gear so you are ready to go. Schedule or sign up for a class the day before, if you are able. • Pack a water bottle and snack. You will need to stay hydrated and eat a healthy snack after your workout! • If you sleep through your alarm…forgive yourself! Tomorrow is a new day!
